This training course is ideally suited for those who are operating materials handlers on facilities such as docks, waste transfer stations, Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) or any other site that utilises this equipment for handling materials.

The materials handler course is available for all experience levels or experience worker assessments and includes training on the full operation of the machine, including pre operation checks, how to set up the machine for use, correctly transferring material, loading hoppers and screens, loading vehicles and compressing / breaking down material.

Please note: where a operator is required to use a materials handler with a slung load it is recommended that the operator completes a certificate in slinging and lifting operations.
