Lifting & Slinging Training
Slinging training and lifting training provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required for the safe and accurate slinging, lifting and positioning of loads.
Operators carrying out slinging operations will often rely on signallers to direct them when moving and positioning a load. Our courses train delegates to safely sling and signal crane loads, helping to ensure efficient lifting operations.

- Delegates learn about lifting tackle and the importance of understanding and adhering to the Safe Working Load (SWL) of equipment used during a lift.
Safe working procedures for items such as eyebolts, shackles, chain shortening clutches and rigging screws is included along with chain, man-made fibre and wire rope slings of 1 to 4 legs.
A range of specialist lifting accessories from plate clamps to vacuums can also be included.
