Technical Competence Cover

As a requirement under the Environmental Permitting Regulations and Waste Management Licensing Regulations , all permitted management/recycling facilities are required to have a technically competent person on site for a minimum of 20% of the site operating hours.

We understand that there may fall time where this person is absent due to staffing absences or changes to staff roles on site. This is where we can help!

Offering a service that provides an appropriately qualified person to cover your site to act as a Technically Competence Manager (TCM) on a temporary basis.

Out TCM cover is flexible and can be used to provide cover for planned or unplanned absence to ensure that you comply with your environmental permit requirements.
