New Updates to IPAF’s ePal App

Since being launched in 2021, IPAF have been continuously reviewing their ePal app to learn how they can enhance user experience.

As a result, the app has been updated to include new features; operators can now keep a record of their machine familiarisation and share this, along with their machine work logs, using their device’s sharing tools, including email and messaging.

IPAF have made clear that the operator and site safety guides are available through the safety section of the app.

We are continuing to support and encourage our customers to use ePal as it provides them with a more efficient route to receiving their license.
