Recent Updates to IPAF ePAL

Since the launch of ePAL just over a year ago, IPAF have been continually reviewing and improving the user experience.

The most recent update has seen a number of changes to the app. These updates include the following:

• QR code – allows the user to be directly taken to the license verification site
• Safety guide improvements
• Feedback feature

We support our customers in using ePAL as it provides them with a better and more efficient route to receiving their license; it is a more convenient, cost-effective route that limits the amount of paperwork.
