Shortlisted for IPAF’s Training Centre of the Year Award

We’ve been shortlisted for IPAF’s Training Centre of the Year Award as part of the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs). With more than 130 entries submitted worldwide, this recognition highlights the dedication of our team and instructors to raising safety standards across the powered access industry.

Why This Matters

Being shortlisted recognises what drives us every day: delivering practical, relevant training that improves safety, competence and compliance for anyone working at height. It also recognises our commitment to continually evolving our IPAF training delivery and contributing to best practice across the industry.

What We’ve Achieved in the Last 12 Months

Over the last year, we’ve focused on strengthening the real-world impact of our IPAF training by:

  • Delivering onsite training that aligns with real working environments giving delegates job-specific skills that is immediately applicable to their role
  • Collaborating with our customers, instructors and industry bodies to identify emerging risks and improve safety awareness beyond formal training
  • Creating new accessible safety resources designed to encourage professional development and supports a proactive safety culture across the industry, ensuring learning does not end once a course is completed
  • Actively being involved in IPAF committees and working groups ensuring that training standards stay aligned to operational environments
  • Providing support for IPAF instructors nationwide, helping to maintain consistent, high-quality training delivery across the industry

Our Approach

We don’t see training as a tick-box exercise. We see it as an investment in people and believe that we have a responsibility to support continuous learning, raise awareness of risk and promote best practice throughout the powered access industry and for anyone working at height. Combining onsite delivery, industry engagement and practical safety tools, we help bridge the gap between formal training and day to day operations.

If We Win

“I am absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for this year’s award. It’s a true team effort — from instructors delivering exceptional training every day to the operations and support teams who make it all possible.
This nomination reflects the hard work, that everyone puts in and I’m incredibly proud of what we continue to achieve together.” - Adele Coupe, Training Manager at Certora and elected member of the IPAF Committee

The IAPA Awards will be taking place on 22 April in Istanbul, Turkey so stay tuned for updates.
