My qualification centre has closed down. Can I still complete my qualification with Certora?
If your previous centre is no longer operating, you can continue your qualification with us. We’ll liaise directly with CIWM to arrange the transfer of your registration and take care of the process for you, allowing your assessment to continue with minimal disruption.
I’ve already gathered evidence for my qualification. Can this still be used if I move to Certora?
Yes. Your allocated assessor will carefully review your existing evidence to ensure it meets the qualification standards. As long as it’s suitable, you can continue using what you’ve already put together.
I’ve completed all of my knowledge questions. Will I need to redo these with a new assessor?
You don’t need to worry about starting again. Your assessor will review your completed knowledge questions as part of the transfer. If they meet the required standard, you won’t need to redo them.
My CIWM registration has expired. Can I still continue and complete my qualification?
An expired CIWM registration doesn’t mean the end of your qualification. We can support you with re-registration, giving you a new two-year period to complete your qualification at a pace that works for you.
