Applying for your MP Connect Card is simple, as long as you have the required documents ready. You will need:
- A passport-style photograph
- Photo identification (e.g. Valid driving licence or passport)
- Evidence of your CSCS Card or Quarry Passport
- Proof of your job role – (e.g. NPORS certification)
