SPA/MPQC Quarry Contractor Safety Passport

If you work in the extractives or mineral processing industry, whether you’re based at a single site or travel between several as a contractor, you’ve probably been asked to show your MPQC/SPA Contractor Safety Passport.

What is the MPQC/SPA Contractor Safety Passport?

In order to achieve this certification, you will need to sit a dedicated two-day training course which has been developed for contractors working in the industry.

Successfully completing this course will show that you’ve achieved a recognised level of industry-specific health, safety and environmental knowledge and best practices.

More recently, it has become a key requirement for obtaining the MP Connect Card.
