MPA Launch New Guide to Working Safely at Height
In the drive to eliminate the number of fatalities that occur when working at height, the MPA have launched a new handbook for employers, employees and contractors that outlines how these potential hazards can be controlled and prevented – ‘Guide to Safe Working at Height – Clear, Simple, Smart’.
The booklet is a great way to provide advice for employees on avoiding danger and highlighting the hierarchy of control for all working at height activities.
An additional safety e-learning module has also been added to the booklet by MPQC.
The new guide emphasises on key topics Including:

- Elimination
- Substitution
- Engineering
- Administration
- Permit to Work
- PEE
- Considerations for Working at Height
