PASMA Update
PASMA digital cards came into effect for courses that took place from 01 April 2025, with the app becoming a mandatory part of all PASMA user courses from that date.
These digital cards are accessed via the TowerSure App, which also allows delegates to complete their pre-use tower inspections.
Accessing a delegate’s virtual card is simple. They can either enter their certificate number into the TowerSure app or use the ‘Check a Card’ tool on PASMA’s website.
TowerSure was designed to make tower inspections more consistent and thorough with built-in PASMA checklists.
New for 2026
As of the end of May 2026, the TowerSure App has been updated to include some of the most requested features:
- The following resources will now be available via the new ‘info’ menu:
- Instruction manuals
- PASMA code of practice
- Training centre directory
- TowerSure support centre
- Photographs will be compressed before they’re uploaded, speeding up the upload process and saving data (up to 90%)
- Text explaining what the cardholder’s qualification covers will be added to the ‘profile’ page (matching the back of a plastic PASMA card)
- Switch between map/satellite/hybrid views when viewing inspection details
- Several minor bug fixes and performance improvements
