Complete Your MEWPs for Managers Course via eLearning
Did you know that you can complete the IPAF MEWPs for Managers course can be completed via eLearning?
If you’re responsible for planning and overseeing MEWP operations on site, we recommended that managers and supervisors complete this course to prepare you to safely and effectively manage MEWPs on-site.
They will learn everything they need to know for safe and effective use of MEWPs including planning the job, conducting risk assessments, selecting the right equipment for best cost-efficiency and minimising all possible risks.
If you have limited availability and/or capacity to facilitate on-site training or are coordinating training for multiple managers and/or supervisors across different locations, then IPAF’s virtual learning option may be the most suitable option for you.
It is important to remember that IPAF’s eLearning system uses advanced facial recognition technology throughout to verify the candidate’s identity and safeguard against any form of fraudulent activity.
ePAL – Your Digital PAL Card, Logbook and safety tool
As you’re probably aware, IPAF’s ePAL is your digital wallet which stores your IPAF licenses and qualifications, including your PAL card.
Once you have successfully completed the MEWPS for Managers course, the course category (MM) will be added to your PAL Card
The ePAL app ensures that licences, qualifications, and practical experience are easy to access and share, providing both operators and employers with added security and peace of mind.
IPAF MEWP Operator Course
To provide a more flexible learning experience, the theory section of the recently updated IPAF MEWP Operator Training Course can be completed via eLearning.
The online modules are available for all MEWP categories (1A, 1B, 3A, 3B) and takes approximately three hours to complete. It has been divided into manageable sections, allowing delegates to complete the theory element at their own pace.
