How do I Transfer a MPQC Card to CPCS Card?

The MPQC Competency Scheme continues to have a reciprocity agreement with CPCS, which allows operators to transfer their MPQC card to CPCS and vice versa.

The card holder must firstly download and complete the relevant application form.

Supporting documents should be sent with the form, including a copy of your VQ certificate.

The form also states that upon receipt of the application form, it will usually take 15 working days to produce the card, providing all registration conditions have been met.
