NPORS Operator Card

The NPORS Operator Card is a trusted and recognised route to competence for operators working outside the construction sector. For industries such as agriculture, utilities, warehousing, manufacturing, ports and logistics, the Traditional Operator Card demonstrates operators have received NPORS training, which is to a nationally recognised standard.

The NPORS Operator Card is specifically designed for employers operating outside of the construction industry and therefore does not bare the CSCS logo, as it is not a mandatory prerequisite.

Cards are valid for either 3 or 5 years, dependant on site requirements and can be renewed through an Experienced Worker Test (EWT).

Operators who wish to transfer their Traditional Card to an NPORS /CSCS Operator Card can do so, provided they hold a Health, Safety and Environmental Touch Screen Test. This can be organised through Certora.
